Frasier takes a stand against reading adverts out which go against is principles, but when new station manager Kenny is sacked because of this, Frasier convinces everyone to go down to see the Station Owner, Mr Martin. Frasier gives a heroic speech which he hopes will get Kenny his job back, but instead has the unfortunate effect of convincing Mr Martin to change KACL’s format to an all-Latino radio station, meaning Frasier just got everyone fired!
